This project involved the full renovation and modernization of nine elevators across campus. Key upgrades included a comprehensive fire alarm system overhaul featuring shunt trip breakers, new security cameras and access control systems in all elevators and lobbies, and wiring for AC split system units in the machine rooms. We also installed a state-of-the-art elevator annunciator system to enhance communication between the Heinz and UD campuses, improved lighting in elevator shafts and machine rooms, added disconnects for five elevators, and provided power for sump pumps in the elevator pits.
