We’re proud to highlight the successful completion of the Pine Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion. This complex, 2½-year project involved major upgrades to the plant’s electrical and control systems, including power distribution, MCCs, VFDs, SCADA integration, and instrumentation.
One of the biggest challenges was replacing the existing MCCs—responsible for powering critical process equipment—without interrupting plant operations. Through careful planning and temporary power solutions, the team executed the transition flawlessly.
The project also included the installation of miles of rigid aluminum conduit and wiring, all while working around an active facility. This job tested not just technical skill, but also coordination and teamwork—making its successful completion a true team win.
